Pursuant to Board of Regents Policy: Institutional Conflict of Interest, University Officials and other individuals designated by the president or delegate must, upon appointment and annually, file a financial disclosure statement disclosing significant economic interests and how those interests may relate to their institutional responsibilities. This requirement is met through the filing of a Financial Disclosure for University Officials (FDUO), which is required in addition to the filing of a Report of External Professional Activities (REPA).

Individuals holding the following positions are required to file a FDUO.

  • Chancellor
  • Chief Auditor
  • Chief Compliance Officer
  • Dean
  • Athletic Director -Twin Cities
  • Executive Director and Corporate Secretary, Board of Regents
  • Executive Vice President and Provost
  • Executive Vice President for Finance and Operations
  • General Counsel
  • President
  • President's Chief of Staff
  • University Librarian and Dean of Libraries
  • Vice President

Other Individuals

  • Director of Public Relations Communications
  • Director, Government & Community Relations
  • Director, Purchasing Services
  • Executive Director, Natural Resources Research Institute
  • Executive Director, University Landscape Arboretum
  • Executive Director, Office for Supplier Diversity
