Pursuant to Board of Regents Policy: Institutional Conflict of Interest, University Officials and other individuals designated by the president or delegate must, upon appointment and annually, file a financial disclosure statement disclosing significant economic interests and how those interests may relate to their institutional responsibilities. This requirement is met through the filing of a Financial Disclosure for University Officials (“FDUO”), which is required in addition to the filing of a Report of External Professional Activities (REPA).

Individuals holding the following positions are required to file a FDUO.

  • Associate Vice President
  • Chancellor
  • Chief Auditor
  • Chief Compliance Officer
  • Dean
  • Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, Twin Cities Campus
  • Executive Director and Corporate Secretary
  • Executive Vice President and Provost
  • General Counsel
  • Librarian
  • President
  • Senior Vice President for Finance and Operations
  • Vice President
Other Individuals
  • Chief Marketing Officer
  • Chief Public Relations Officer
  • Director, Government & Community Relations
  • Director, Purchasing Services
  • Director, Natural Resources Research Institute
  • Director, University Landscape Arboretum
  • Director, Office for Business and Community Economic Development
  • Director Weisman Art Museum
  • OTC Licensing and Marketing Professionals
