All On disability No Not actively at work If they return to full time employment prior to the end of the window and work through their retirement date, are eligible and may elect the program

All Short Work Break Yes, eventually Not actively at work Those on short work break will need to return to work in the fall and make the election during the window. In addition, these individuals will have to make sure that their benefits are paid up in full before retiring.
All Furlough Days Yes Actively at work Negotiable; however, in no event will furlough days, or other days off, be permitted to extend employment past the last day of actual work.
