Appendix to Policy

When considering hiring back a former academic employee and that individual is currently receiving a benefit under a University of Minnesota subsidized medical program (i.e. terminal agreement, phased retirement, non-renewal), Employee Benefits should be contacted to clarify whether or not the re-employment would jeopardize their eligibility for subsidized benefits.
