Changes to Corporate Travel Card Status

Lost or Stolen Card
If a University Corporate Travel Card is lost or stolen, the first thing you should do is contact the Card Vendor. The Card Vendor is the bank or other institution that provided the credit card.
Address Change
If your address has changed, write the new address on the Billing Statement or contact the Card Vendor. Your address will now be changed.
Transfer to Another University Department
If you transfer to another department you should first inform your Department Travel Card Administrator.
The Department Travel Card Administrator will contact the Card Vendor and provide the old and new department numbers. Your card is now updated.
Leave the University
If you leave the University, return your Corporate Travel Card to your Department Travel Card Administrator.
The Department Travel Card Administrator will contact the Card Vendor and cancel. They will then destroy the card.
